A M VALUABLE Cotton PlanUtion, situated in
I Jefferson county, Miss., eight miles North
East of Fayette, near the head water* of Cole's
Creek. It comprise* about 1100 acres of land
600 cleared, uuder good fence, and easy of culti
vation. The improvements consist of a fine gin
house, with two stands and Newel pres*, grist
mill, baru, stables, double frame quarter* with
brick chimneys, and alt other buildings requisite
for a well improved plantation. There is not a
more healthy or productive plantation to bo found
in Jefferson county.
To a good purchaser for tbe above property,
tbe terms will be made easy. If not *old by the
1st of January, it will be rented for a term of
years to a good tenant.
