U PON opening the complainants bill and it appearing that the defendant, Thos. J. Jackson, is not a citizen of this State, but resides beyond the limits thereof, so that the ordinary process of the court cannot be executed upon him, therefore, it is ordered that the said defendant enter his appearance herein on or before the first day of the next Term of this court, to be held at the Court room in the City of Jackson, on the first Saturday in June next ensuing, and plead answer or demur to the bill of complaint aforesaid, otherwise the several allegations thereof, be taken for confessed by him, set for hearing ex-parte, and the matters there of decreed accordingly.
