The Coroner's juiy.ln Ihe case of MIcKsel Nicholas, ihe car accountant, killed at Ihe Sunset yards by the cars on Friday oflerneon, hte rendered the following verdict : "We, the jury, find that Michael Nicholas came to his death by being run over by a box-car be longing to ihe Galveston, Ilarmburg and San Antonio railroad company ; and we also find that we hold Ihe said Galveston, Harrisburg and San Antonio railroad company responsi ble for the death of Michael Nicholas, for not having a locomotive attached to said car." Very likely the widow of the deceases! will bring suit for dsmages against the company, and this verdict, it is supposed, will be of material aid to her. Heaths, D. T.
