The subscribers having prepared Maps of the above Parishes, for tin purpose of representing lands that are offered for sale in the above Parinhc have been induced to have them put rich and thriving part of the Stat« which they represent. Each Map will represent the public surveys, and the different tracts of land offered for sale, with tho names of the owners, and their address, or the address of their agents. To facilitate tho publication of the Maps, and to arid lo their use fulness, a spaco will be left on the mar gin for professional nnd business cards, for which a moderato charge will be made, according to position and sizoof the card. The Maps will be furnished to nub* scribers at $2 for plain copies, and for copies mounted on rollers $4 will be charged. Lands for sale in any ol tho above Parishes will be designated on the Maps, with reference to owner or agent at ono to two cents per acre, according to quantity advertised.
