The City Council of the City of
Kennewick Does Ordain as Fol
lows:
Section 1. That in order to pay
for the cost of construction and in
‘stallation of a sewer line along
Railroad Avenue from Fruitland
Street to Washington street, a to
tal of $3,000.00 will be necessary, and
that said expenditure is required in
order to take care of the demands
which haVe been and will be placed
upon the sewer lines in that vi
cinity. That if said work is not per
formed and the installation is not
made the use of the sewer lines as
now existing may become so bur
densome as to cause difficulty with
existing lines.
