White Bluffs Folks Make Arrangements to Leave White Bluffs—Several of them cal families have made arrange ments for moVing from this dis trict. “While not required to actual ly vacate until the first of June. many want to get located so as to be ready to handle spring farm work. i Dorman D. Hall. one of the local farmers, has purchased a farm at Grandview, which he plans to operate this year. Alex Parke has purchased a soft fruit ranch across the river from Prosser and is al ready at work there although he has not yet moved to the place. Sam Allard, mayor and chief fac totem of White Bluffs is renting an apartment in Grandview. Ed A. Schilling has purchased a five acre tract in the Nob Hill district at Kennewick. D. J. Burch has purchased a place two miles below Prosser on the Yakima river. while? Chris Henderer and Francis Moede‘ have purchased apple orchards in Wenatchee. C. I. Wright has moved to Yakima as has also Fred; Gilhuly who has purchased a home there. I". N. Hennsley and F. There were originally some 50 members. each of whom contributed S2O toward the organization. After the assets were sold, each member received something over $lB as his share.
