DISTRICT
Notic'e is hereby given that the
secretary of the Kennewick Irri
gation District has delivered his
completed assessment roll to the
board of directors of the Kenne
wick Irrigation District where it is
now on file. Notice is futher‘
given, that the board will meet as
a board of equalization at 2:00
o’clock Tuesday, December 5. at
their office in the office of Harold
G. Fyfe Agency in Kennewick,
Washington, for the purpose of
equalizing said assessment roll,
and will determine such objections
as may come before them. The
board will continue its session
from day to day as may be neces-,
sary for'a period of 10 days, ex
clusive of Sundays. Given by
order of the board this 9th day of
