ranch, 2% miles S. E. o! Kenne
wick, Washington, the following
described estray: One black horse,
age about 10 years, has rope halter
and no brands. Said astray will

cash at the place kept, as above
specified on the 14th day of Janu

LANDS THEREFOR
Kennewick Irrigation District
Notice is hereby given that irrigation as
sessments for the year 1946 of the Kenne
wick Irrigation District upon promises and
lands within said District are now delin
quent and interest on the amount of each
assessment has seemed thereto. and said
assessments including said accrued inter
est and costs. are payable at the office 01
the undersigned Treasurer of Benton
County
Inasmuch as these delinquent assess
ments stand as a lien against the real
property for which they are assessed and
unless the said assessments. together with
said accrued interest and costs are paid
prior to Wednesday. the 22nd day of Jano
uary, 1947, I will. as commanded by law
on said date. at tht hour of 10 o’clock A.
M. of said day. at front entrance of the
Court House in the City of Prosser. Wash
ington. sell each and all of said tracts on
which said assessments. seemed interest
and costs shall not then have been paid,
or so much thereof as shall be necessary
to meet the same. Such sale shall be in
the manner by statute made and provided
and the land sold shall be subject to re
demption as provided by law in such
cases.
All of said lands are situate in Town
ships numbered North from the base line
and Ranges numbered East from the Wil
lamette Meridian. in Benton County, State
of Washington.

each voting precinct and in the places
hereinafter mentioned.
