wheat seeding. Contracts writ

RESOLVED: That it shall be un
lawful to catch or angle for game
fish in the waters of Benton coun
ty except during the following
open seasons annually until chang
ed by the State Game Commission.
Waters open the year around: Col
umbia River.
Open season from the third Sun
'day of April to the last day of
October, both dates inclusive, on
all other waters.
:RESOLVED FURTHER: That it
‘ shall be lawful to angle for white
fish in those rivers and streams
east of the summit of the Cascades,
including the Big White Salmon
River, from and including the sec
ond Sunday in December to and
including the last day of Febru
ary: AND, it shall be lawfuhto
angle for Whitefish in those ,nv
ers and streams west of the sum
mit of the Cascades, and west of
the Big White Salmon River, at
such times as the season is Open
during the regular trout season
and/or winter fisgiggjgason; _ .
RESOLVED FURTHER: Th a t
those waters designated above as
being open to fishing the year
around in the case of streams ap
plies to the main stream only. On
‘all tributaries thereto, the regular
fishing season is effective except
Iwhere otherwise specifically men
tioned.
DAILY CATCH AND POSSESS
ION LIMIT (Regular Summer Sea
son): It shall be unlawful for any
person to catch, take or kill in any
one day or to have in possession
at any one time more than ten (10)]
pounds and one (1) game fish pro-'
viding the numbers of fish so taken '
do not exceed twenty (20) in num
ber: PROVIDED, That the above
daily catch and possession limit
shall not contain more than two
(2) steelhead over the length of
twenty (20) inches, EXCEPT as
otherwise provided.
WEEKLY CATCH LIMIT (Reg
ular Summer Season): It shall be
unlawful for any person to catch,
take or kill more than twenty (20)
pounds and two (2) game fish pro
‘viding the numbers of fish so taken
do not exceed forty (40) in num
ber in any one calender week:
PROVIDED, That the above week
ly- catch limit shall not contain
more than four (4) steelhead over
the length of twenty (20) inches,
EXCEPT as otherwise provided.
(The term “week” as used. here
shall begin on Sunday morning
and end on Saturday at midnight.)
It shalt be unlawful for any per
son to catch, take, kill or have in
(possession game fish under six
1(6) inches in length, except as
otherwise provided by this regula
tion. PROVIDED FURTHER;
That there shall be no size limit
on bluegills, sunfish, catfish, perch
or crappie. -
RESOLVED FURTHER: That it
shall be lawful to angle for, hand
dip net and spear bullfrogs in the
waters of Benton county at such
times and in such waters as are
open for the taking of game fish,
annually until further changed by
the State Game Commission. AND,
it shall be unlawful to take bull
frogs in any other manner than
by hook and line held in the hand,
hand dip net and spearing, and
they can be legally taken only dur
ing the time above specified.
DAILY CATCH AND POSSESS
ION LIMIT: The daily catch and
possesswn limit on bull-frogs shall
be five (5). -

ED: That the above regulation
shall be promulgated by publish
ing the same in the Olympia News
at .Olympia, Washington, the of
ficial newspaper of the State
Game Commission for one issue
and in the Kennewick Courier, at
Kenngmck, Washington, for one
issue. _ .
