Kennewick youngsters staged a
parade Saturday that, in the opin
ion of residents and out-ot-town
spectators. will be long reman
bored.
Their colorful and novel per
formance established the Kiddies
Pet Parade for the third time as
a major Festival event, and drew
the unstinflng praise of Leo Car
rillo. star of the Grape Festival
and Benton County Fair.
_lt was allothe third triumph
in a row for Mrs. Don Skit-villa,
in whose capable hands the man
agement of the parade has been
since its inception in 1946.

announced by Mrs. Skirving, are

Richland, has purchased the office
of Dr. F. Kosche, dentist, located
on Kennewick Avenue next to
the Benton theatre. ‘
‘ Dr. Roucek has been affiliated{
with Kadlec hospital for the past
two years. Before coming to
Richland, he practiced dentistry
in Chicago for eight years. and
for five of those years also taught
dentistry at the Loyola University.
Dr. Roucek has also purchased
Dr. Kosche's home and will move
to Kennewick with \his wife and
two children on October 1.
