The clear nets and uniform

is a factor of incalculable im
portance to your bu»ines#~~
no one can estimate the value
of a clear, clean cut, fine
appearing typewritten letter as
compared to a smudgy and
unevenly written one. Juat
this difference may mean the
gain or loss of an immensely
profitable customer —just this
difference between a Paragon
Ribbon and juit any typewriter

Paragon Ribbon* are
made of the most perfect
and uniform material*
and by the most exact
and modern process.
Each ribbon, for the char

made, is precisely like every
other Paragon Ribbon made
for that particular purpose.
This means that when you
have selected a particular kind
of Paragon Ribbon suited to
your particular work you are
always able to get that partic

of your typewriting year after

It not for the ancient motto that
of the dead nothing but praise

estate of the late Shelby M. Cullom
proved to be more than 1100,000,

GIRL IS ARRESTED
MINNEAPOLIS. Minn., April 29.
—Injury, arrest. Imprisonment and
deportation were the rewards that

Canada.
llnsbie to get work here she
went to a lumber camp near Port
Arthur, Canada.
She entered It as an ordinary
laborer, having donned a woods
man'a suit. Tall, strong and of
heavy voice, she played the part
well and was chopping her way to
a bank account when she was In
jured by a falling tree. Then her
deception was discovered.
After her Injuries were treated
she wns taken to Port Arthur, ac

tenced to three months In Jail. She
served the term, was rearrested
and deported.

The cltj utilities committee of
the council, by unanlmoua vote, has
