The following described school and institu tion lands, situated in Steele county and state of North Dakota, will be offered for sale at public auction to the highest bidder at the court house in the town of Sherbrooke, county of Steele, state of North Dakota, be tween the hours "of 11 o'clock a. m. and 5 o'clock p, m.. on Friday, the iMth day* of No vember, A. D. 1905, said sale to commence at 11 o'clock a, m. and to continue from day to day until all lands herein described have been sold or offered for sale. All lands will be offered in tracts as herein after designated and upon the following con ditions: No tract will be sold for less than its ap praised value. The terms of sale are: One lifth of the purchase price to be paid at the time of sale one-fifth in live years: one-fifth in ten years one-fifth in fifteen years, and one fifth in twenty years, with interest at the rate of sis per cent per annum, payable annually in advance. The purchaser will also be required to pay at time of sale a fee of $5 for issuing each contract.
