for lease at public auction to the highest
bidder at the court-bouse In tbe town of
Linton, In said county,commencing at 10
o'clock a. m. on Tuesday, April 3d. 1908. A
complete list of the lands to be offered for
lease haa been lied with thecounty auditor,
where the same can be inspected.
No bid will be entertained for less than 5
Kids
cent of the appraised value of cultivated
and I per cent of appraised value of
uncultivated lands, and la no case will a
bid be entertained for any quurter section
at less than IB per year. Lands appraised
at 910 per acre or more will be leased for one
year only. All uncultivated lands appraised
at leas than $10 per acre will be leased for a
term of Ave years.
Tbe entire amount of first year's rent, to
gether with fee of 13 for flve-year lease and
II.M for one-year lease, must be paid at the
time of leasing. All deferred payments of
rentals must be paid on or before the sixth
day of January In each year.
The Board of University and School Lands
reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
