the State Bank of Morton County is
plaintiff and the said N. J. Shields and
C. E. Welch are defendants, which exe
cution was duly levied on said real

Shields, on the 12th day of May, A, D.
1996.

satisfy the judgment in said action, on
which judgment there is now due the
sum of seventy-one dollars and sixty
