The board of insanity met at Bot
tineau to consider the case or Jean
ette Murchle. Tlie board decided that
ahe was Insane and ordered her taken
to her home In Marlon, III. The un
fortunate woman was a sister of John
W. Murchle, who was found frozen to
death In bis claim shack during tlie
winter of 1904. She went to Bot
tineau couoty several years ago to
look after ber brother's affairs. The
claim which Mr. Murchle held waa
proved up, sold and the niouey
divided amond the heirs.
