Kurt* and K. N*. Volk, Commissioners. The minutes of the meetings held January 6th, 7th, 8th and 18th were read and on motion approved. Oscar Nyberg applied for a reduc tion of assessment of his personal property from $292 to |107, and, hav ing made affidavit and satisfactory proof of erroneous assessment, on mo tion the tax for the year was abated on a value of $107. D. G. Sites and O. F. Letner ajf pea red and reported the completion of contract to remove and relocate brldgo on Sec. 24, Twp. 134, Rge. 79. On motion Commissioner Buch anan is authorised to Inspect bridge, and when accepted the county auditor is instructed to draw a warrant for $150 to pay contractor. liills against the county were con sidered. The purchase of a road grader was taken under consideration. On motion the board adjourned to meet at 8:30 a. tq., April 7,1908. The board met pursuant to ad journment. Upon motion, duly seconded and carried, a contract is entered into with the Indiana Road Machine Co., for the purchase of a National elev ating grader, on the payment of $950, as per contract. J. E. The time having arrived for the consideration of the petition of Thos, Jones and others for a road to be laid out in compliance with notices served, and the board being satisfied that all notices had been posted au4 served in compliance with section 1352 the Revised Codes of the year 1905, and no objection offered to said road, flnal consideration Was post )oned until Wednesday.
