a decided Improvement to that part of

trodttced, and the liar-room, with the
many alterations that have been made,
is one of the finest in tills city. Noth
ing but the very liest material waa
doing the work and none but
skilled mechanics employed. Very
little of It was contracted for, Mr.
Leach preferring to have It done by
