Bradford, Esq., attornoy to the Levy Court, will decldo, but if it is, that the office of county tax collector has been abolished by the passage of the Five Commissioner bill, it will be extremely difficult to collect the bal ance of the outstanding taxes, reaching somewhere between $50,000 and $00, 000 , poorly afford to lose at this particular time of its ilnanctnl embarrassment.
