When Bingham county commis sioners decided to ignore the action of state hoard of equalization and to proceed to collect the taxes according to the assessment made by the coun ty assessor, they had some correspond ence, it seems, with the commission ers of Oneida county, and that hoard, at a special meeting, decided to stand in with Bingham's commissioners, even to the going through the courts, if need be.
