COMMISSIONERS PROCEEDINGS The board of Couuty Commissioners , of Owyhee couuty, Idaho, sitting H S such, met pursuant to adjournment at j Silver City, Idaho, Saturday, July 14th, 1900. teu o'clock h. m. Present; Wm. H. Best and John Benham, com missioners, and J. S St Clair, clerk. The following proceedings were had, to-wit : Fred Bruuztll chairman - The miuutes of the previous meeting were read and duly approved. Whereupon, the Board proceeded to complete the desoriptiou of the several votiug precincts of Owyhee county, Idaho, for the geueral election to be heid November 6lh, 1906. Wbereupon, it is ordered that the pe tition of Jas. R. Keith aud others ask ing that an election precinct be estab lished, with poiliug place at Enterprise he aud the same is hereby granted, with boundaries as heretofore Axed by the Board. \ Whereupon, the Board examiued, audited aud allowed the following bi.l aud aeeouut aud ordered a warrant drawn on the current expense fund in puj meut thereof as follows, to-wit: C. V\ ard, burning carcass... .$ 2 00 Whereupon, the Board examined, dited and allowed the following bill aud account aud ordered a warrant drawu on the road fund iu paymeut thereof as follows, to-wit: Wm. Hammond, hauliug lumber.® 1 50 Whereupou, the Board appointed the following named persons as delegates to represent the CouuLy of Owyhee, State of Idaho, at the Fourteenth Na tional Irrigation Congress, which con veues at Boise, Idaho, September 3 to 8, 1906, to-wit: James Gaibutt, Charles Childs, Martin Jeuseu, R. D. Roberts aud Fred Brunzell. Whereupon, it is ordered that the Couuty Commissioners' Districts of Owyhee county, Idaho, be anu the same are hereby composed of the following precincts, to-wit: County Commissioner's District No. 1, to consist of Silver City, Florida aud Dewey Precincts. Couuty Commissioner's District No. 2, to consist of DeLamar, Flint, Pleas ant Valiey, Reynolds, Murphy, Wilson, Euterprise aud Poison Creek precincts. County Commissiouer's District No. 3, to consist of Oreaua, Castle Creek, Grand View, Bruueau, Hot Spring, Three Creek, Wickahouey aud Riddle products. Bids for the maiuteuauee of the couu ty hospital, medical attendance aud treatment ot patients confined iu the pest Itouse, burial of paupers, etc , were opeued as follows, to-wit: W. R. Hamilton ,81,550 per annum u hereupon, it appearing to the satis faction ot' the hoard that the bid of W. K. Hamilton >s the only bid submitted, It is hereby ordered that the said hid be aud the same is hereby accepted. And it is hereby ordered that the said W. R. Ilamiltou be aud he is here by required to furnish a boud in the sum of $3,000, for Ute faithful perform ance of all aud singular, the terms and conditions by him to be performed iu a certain contract iu writiug to be en tered iuto between said W. K. Hamilton and Owyhee county, acting through its Board of Couuty Commissioners, for the maiuteuauee of such county hospital, and care and treatment of couuty charges for the period of oue year from J uly 20th,1906. And it is further ordered that the Prosecutiug Attorney be and he is hereby instructed to draw such con tract and bouil, and the chairman of the board he aud he is hereby author ized to approve Buch bond, and execute a contract with the said W. R. Hamil ton, for and on behalf of Owyltee coun ty, in the state of Idaho, by iis Board of County Commissioners, for the main tenance of the county hospital, and care and treatment o[ county charges, for a period of one year from July 20th, 1900. The Board of Countv Commissioners of Owyltee County, Idaho, met, sitting as a Board of Equalization, pursuant to adjournment at ten o'clock a. m. Present; Fred Brunzell, chairman; IVm.H. Best and John Benham, corn missioners, aud J. S. St Clair, clerk. The following proceedings were had, to-wif The minutes of the previous meeting were read and duly approved. In the matter of the application of O. D. Brumbaugh, for a reduction in the valuation of the War Eagle hotel building for the year 1900: Comes now the above named O. D. Brumbaugh, aud haviug tiled with the Board his duly verified application in writing, setting forth the facts upon which such reduction should be made, and wherein it is set forth that said property is for sale for the sum of $1500, aud the said O D. Brumbaugh having testified before the Board as to the grounds upon which said reduction is asaed, as set forth in said applica tion, aud it appearing to the satisfac tion of the Board that such .reduction should be made, It is hereby ordered that the valua tion of said building, as shown on the assessment roll of Owvltee county, Ida ho, for the year 190(5, be and the same is hereby reduced from SJtOO to $1500, and it is further urd. red that the clerk of the hoard be and be is hereby in structed to make such reduction in the assessment of the said Ö. D. Brum baugh, as the same appears upon the assessment roll for the year '.906. Whereupon, the Board proceeded to further examine and equalize the as sessmeut roll of Owyhee couuty, Idaho, for the year 1906. Without haviug completed the exam ment roll, It is ordered that this Board of Couu ty Commissioners sitting as a Board of Equalization, do uow adjourn utuil Monday, the 16th iust., at teu o'clock a. m. Interest on all the above wan ants ceases August 7th, 1996.
