20th day of January, 1908, at Enterprise,
county of Uwyhee, state of Idaho, before D. L.
Williams proof will be submitted of the comple
tion of works for the diversion of 6.4 cubic feet
per second of the waters of Squaw Creek,
Owyhee County, in uccordai.ce with the terms
and conditions of a certain* permit heretofore
issued by the State Engineer of the State of Idaho.
1. The name of the persons holding suid permit
are Jesse A. Patton and Albert L. Clarke.
2. The postoffice address of such persons is
Enterprise, County of Owyhee, Sta'e of Idaho.
3. The number of such permit is 1784, and the
date set lor the completion of such work is
January 20, 1908.
4. Said water to be used for irrigation and do
mestic purposes.
5. Suid works of diversion will be fully
pleted on the date set for such completion, and
the amount of water which said works are cap
able of conducting to the place of intended use,
iu accordance with the plans accompanying the
applicatiou for such permit, is 6.4 « note feet per
second.
