county of Owyhee, state of Idaho, before D. L.
Williams proof will be submitted of the comple
tion of works for the diversion of 6.4 cubic feet
per second of the waters ot Squaw Creek,
Owyhee County, in accordai.ce with the terms
and conditions of a certain permit heretofore
issued by the State Engineer of the State of Idaho.
1. The name of the persons holding said permit
are Jesse A. Patton aud Albert L. Clarke.
2. The postoffice address of such persons is
Enterprise, County of Owyhee, Sta'e of Iduho.
3. The number of such permit is 1784, and the
date set for the completion of such work is
January 20, 1908.
4. Said water to be used for irrigation and do
mestic purposes.
5. Said works of diversion will be fully com
