To Fred Hurrie, his heirs or assigns:
You are hereby notified, that I have expended
the sum of One Hundred Dollars in labor upon
the Skylark Mining Claim, in Carson Mining
District, Ow.v hec County, Idaho, as will appear
by certificate tiled in the oflice of the Recorder
of said county, being the amount required to
hold said claim for the year ending December
31. 1907, under the provisions of Section i3'J4 Re
vised Statutes of the United States.
If, within ninety days after the service of this
notice, ( r within ninety day* after notice by
pupblication,) you fail or refuse to contribute
your proportion of such expenditure, your in
terest in said claim will become the property of
the subscriber.
