Notice of Sale of Real Estate Notice is hereby given, that under and by virtue of a resolution and order of sale made by the Board of County Commis sioners of Owyhee County, Idaho, Monday, the 20th day of July, 1908, the hereinafter desoribed lots, pieces and par cels of land, situated in the County of Owyhee, and State of Idaho, will be sold by the Sheriff of said County at public auction, at the front door of the county court house in Silver City, Owyhee Coun ty, Idaho, on Monday, the 14th day of September, A. D., 1908, at the hour of ten o'clock a. m. of said day, or at such time on the day to which the said sale may be postponed or adjourned, to the highest and best bidders for cash, which property is held by said Owyhee County under and by virtue of tax sale certificates and tax deeds, and is known and de scribed as follows, to-wit: That certain patented quartz lode min ing claim, known as the LEVIATHAN Lode, containing 16.90 acres, situate in Section 1, Township 6 South, Range 4 West, in Flint Mining District, Owyhee County, State of Idaho. Thesaid mining claim extends 1500 linear feet along said Leviathan lode, and is 245.5 feet in width on each side of the middle of the said lode at the surface thereof. It is describ ed in the United States Land Office, at Boise, Idaho, as Lot No. 37, and is bounded as follows by the following named lode mining claims, commonly known by said names, to-wit: On the north by the Perseverance, on the west by the Rising Star, on the northeast by the First North Extension of the Rising Star, and the notice of location thereof appears of record in Book 6 of Mining Claims, of the records of Owyhee County, Idaho. Also that certain patented quartz lode mining claim, koown as the RISING STAR lode, containing 15.63 acres, situ ate in Section 11, Township 6 South, Range 4 W est, in Flint Mining District, Owyhee County, State of Idaho. The said mining claim extends 1500 linear feet along said Rising Star lode, and is 227 feet in width on each side of the middle of the said lode at the surface thereof. It is described in the United States Land Office, at Boise, Idaho, as Lot No. 39, and is bounded as follows by the follow ing named lode mining claims, commonly known by said names, to-wit: On the west by the Leviathan, on the northwest by the Perseverance, and on the north by the First North Extension of the Rising Star, and the notice of location thereof appears of record in Book 6 of Mining Claims, at page 458, of the records of Owyhee County, Idaho. Also that certain patented quartz lode mining claim, known as the FIRST NORTH EXTENSION OF THE RISING STAR lode, containing 15.63 acres, situ ate in Section 11, Township 6 South, Range 4 West, in Flint Mining District, Owyhee County, State of Idaho. The said mining claim extends 1500 linear feet along said First North Extension of the Rising Star lode, and is 227 feet in width on each side of the middle of the said lode at the surface thereof. It is de scribed in the United States Land Office, at Boise, Idaho, as Lot No. 40, and is bounded as follows by the following named lode mining claims, commonly known by said names, to-wit: On the west by the Perseverance, on the south by the Rising Star, and on the southwest by the Leviathan, and the notice of loca tion thereof appears of record in Book 6 of Mining Claims, at page 462, of the records of Owyhee County, Idaho. Also that certain patented quartz lode mining claim, known as the PERSEVER ANCE lode, containing 16.90 acres, situ ate in Sections 2 and 11, Township 6 South, Range 4 West, in Flint Mining District, Owyhee County, State of Idaho. The said mining claim extends 1500 linear feet along said Perseverance lode, and is 245.5 feet in width on each side of the middle of the said lode at the surface thereof. It is described in the United States Land Office, at Boise, Idaho, as Lot Ko. 38, and is bounded as follows by the following named lode mining claims on commonly known by «aid names, to-wit: On the south by the Leviathan, on the east by the First North Extension of the Rising Star and on the Southeast by the Rising Star, and is recorded in Book ti of Mining Claims, at page 456, of the records of Owyhee County, Idaho. Also improvements on the above de scribed property consisting of a quartz mill at Flint, valued at $5,000, and other improvements valued at $000.00. Pursuant to the authority vested in the Executive Committee of the Demo cratic Couuty Central Committee of Owvliee Couuty, Idaho, uotice is hereby given that a Primary Election will be held at the respective voting places in the several precincts of said Owyhee County, on Monday, September 14th, I9u8, between the hours of two o'clock p. m., and 7 o'clock p. m., in the towns of Silver City and Del.amar, aud l>e tween the hours of three o'clock p. m., aud six o'clock p. m , in all other pre ciucts of said couuty, for the purpose of electing 32 delegates to attend the Democratic Couuty Convention to be held at the Court House in Silver City, Idaho, on Saturday, September 19th, 1908, at 11 o'clock a m., for the purpose of nomiuating candidates for the offices of StHte Senator, Representative, Sheriff, County Treasurer and ex-offieio Public Administrator, Probate Judge, Assessor, and ex-officio Tax Collector, Prosecut ing Attorney, Couuty Superiuteudeut of Public Instruction, Three County Commissioners, Surveyor, Corouer, and two Justices of tbe Peace and one Con stable in each preciuct, to be voted for at the general election to be held No vember 3rd, 1908, aud for the further purpose of electing a new County Cen tral Committee.
