Commissioners' Proceedings. Silver City, Idaho, Tuesday, November 10th, 1908. On this day the Board of County Commissioners of Owyhee County, State of Idaho, met as a Board of Can vassers, at the office of the Clerk there of, in Silver City, the oounty seat of eaid county at 10 o'olock a. m., for the purpose of canvassing the returns of the General Flection held in Owyhee County, Idaho, November 3rd, 1908. Present: O. D. Brumbaugh, Chair man, John Henbam, Commissioner, and J. S. St Clair, Clerk. The following proceedings were had. to wit : Whereupon, the Board proceeded to publicly canvass the returns of the Gen eral Flection held in Owyhes County, Idaho, November 3rd, 1908 . The hour of five o'clock p. m. having arrived and said canvass not beiug completed, It is ordered that this Board do now adjourn until Wednesday, the 11th inst., at ten o'clock a. m. Attest: O. D. Brumbaugh, Chair man, John Benbain, Commissioners, and J. 8. 8t Clair, Clerk. The following proceedings were had, to-wit. The minutes of the previous meeting were read and duly approved. Whereupon, the Board proceeded to furl lier publicly canvass the returns of the General Flection held in Owyhee County, Idaho, November 3rd, 1908. The hour of 5 o'clock p. m., having arrived and said canvass not beiug com pleted, Whereupon, it is ordered that this Board do uow adjourn until Thursday, the 12th inst., at ten o'clock a. in.
