TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: Notice is hereby given Tuesday, the 4th day of May, 1909, an election will be held for the that on purpose of determining whether or not the lands hereinafter described shall be organized into an irrigation district, to be known as the "GEM IRRIGA TION DISTRICT." Said election will be held at the Homedale schoolhouse in School Dis trikt No. 15, and the polls will be open from 8 o'clock A. M. to 7 o'clock P. M. of said day. The qualified elec tors will be required to cast ballots which will contain the words "Irri gation District, Yes" or "Irrigation District, No," or words equivalent thereto, and also the name of one per son from each division for directors of said' district.
