the Board of County Commissioners
met pursuant to adjournment, at ten

It appearing to the satisfaction of
the Board, from the affidavit of Fred
T. Smith now on file with the Board,
that the assessment of the Smith
Cowen Live Stock Co., Ltd., as the

than is owned by said corporation,
It is ordered' that said assessment
be reduced 500 head of sheep, and that
the Auditor make such reduction in
