NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a

rotary of the Gem Irrigation District, signed
by the following petitioners, to-wit: A. O.
Kennlson, Elizabeth Rogers, Fred Lohlein,
John P. Hall, Ada V. Halt, E. H. Adam, Anna
V. Adam, M. D. Flemming, J. M. Humrick
house, and Joseph Noggle.
The prayer of said petition is that certain

become a part of the Gem Irrigation District,
