Ord' ;ed that the petition of Dell B Warner and others for the laying out of a certain road in T 5 S, R 10 E, be laid over until the next regular meeting. Ordered that the resignation of S D Maxon as nightwatchman, constable of Silver City precinct and member of the Fire Guard be accepted. Ordered that the Clerk advertise for bids for the repair of the Stone House lane in Pleasant Valley according to specifications prepared by the County Surveyor this day approved by the Board. Ordered that the Auditor draw war rants on the Road fund in favor of J H Forbes & Co., Ltd., in the aggregate re spective sums of $2345.00 and $1460.00, as final payments for the construction of steel bridges across Bruneau River and Succor Creek, respectively, such warrants to he delivered to the order of said J H Forbes & Co, Ltd, upon com pletion of the respective bridges and ceptance thereof by the Board of County Commissioners. ac Whereupon, it is ordered that this Board do now adjourn sine die.
