property described in the above and
foregoing delinquent list of taxes, in
and for the County of Owyhee, State
of Idaho, for the year of 1910, will
be sold for the purpose of satisfying
such delinquent taxes, penalties and
costs (unless such taxes, penalties and
costs are paid prior to the day of
sale), according to law, which sale
will take place in front of the Court
House in Silver City, on Monday, the
3rd day of July, 1910, between the
hours of ten o'clock A. M. and three
o'clock P. M. on the same day, or on
