That said claim ex tends 1175.1 linear feet along said South Extension Multno mah lode and is 580.5 feet in width on the easterly end, and is 568.9 feet in width on the westerly end thereof. That certain patented lode mining claim situated in Carson Min District Owyhee in mg County, State of Idaho, and generally known as and re corded as the Ucal lode min ing claim. That said mining claim extends 908 linear feet along said Ucal lode and is 447.5 feet in width on the Easterly end, and is 567.3 feet in width on the Westerly end thereof. It is described in the U. S. Land Office at Boise in said State as Mineral Survey No. 2305 and is bounded as follows, by the following named lode mining claims which are commonly known by said names, to-wit: On the S by the Multnomah; on the E by the North Ex tension Commonwealth, but not adjoining. Recorded in Book 11 of Mining Claims, pages 158 and 159 among the records of Owyhee County, Idaho; tax, penalty and costs. 22.24 Notice is hereby given that the property described in the above and foregoing delinquent list of taxes, in and for the County of Owyhee, State of Idaho, for the year of 1910, will be sold for the purpose of satisfying such delinquent taxes, penalties and costs (unless such taxes, penalties and costs are paid prior to the day of sale), according to law, which sale will take place in front of the Court House in Silver City, on Monday, the 3rd day of July, 1910, between the hours of ten o'clock A. M. and three o'clock P. M. on the same day, or on subsequent day to which the sale some may be postponed, of which due notice will be given. A. V.
