NOTICE IN THE DISTRICT COURT OF THE THIRD JU DICIAL DISTRICT OF THE STATE OF IDAHO, IN AND FOR THE COUNTY OF OWYHEE. In the matter of the petition of the Board of Directors of the Grand View Irrigation District of the County of Owy hee, State of Idaho, for the judicial examination, approval and confirmation of all the proceedings heretofore had for the purposes of organizing said District and the issuance of bonds by said Dis trict in the sum of One Hundred Seventy five Thousand Dollars. In compliance with the order of Hon orable John F. McLane, Judge of said Court, duly made and entered on the 31st day of May, 1911, notice is hereby given that a petition of the Board of Directors of the Grand View Irrigation District of Owyhee County, Idaho, was filed in said Court on the 31st day of May, 1911, praying that said Court fix a time for the hearing of said petition and order the Clerk of said court to give and publish notice of the filing and hearing of said petition as by law required, and that upon said hearing the Court may find and determine whether such notice of the filing and hearing of said petition had been duly given, and that upon such hearing the Court may find thateach and all of tho proceedings for the organization of said District from and including the petition for such organization, and all the proceedings of said District and the Board of Directors thereof which may effect the legality or validity of said bonds in the total amount of One Hundred Seventy five Thousand Dollars, and the author ization of said issue of bonds and the sale thereof, to be regular and in all respects conforming to law, and that thereupon said Court may approve and confirm all proceedings had by or in relation to such District from the date of the filing of the petition for the organization thereof to the date whereupon this petition is filed in this court, and that judgment be en tered accordingly, and for all other necessary and proper relief. And notice is hereby further given that said court has set Friday, the 30th day of June, 1911, at 10 o'clock A. M., at the Court House in Silver City, Owyhee Coun ty, Idaho, as the time and place for the hearing of said petition, and that any and all persons or parties interested in or affected by such petition or the proceedings to be then examined and confirmed by said Court may, on or before the date set for such hearing of said petition, appear and demur or answer to the same or any part thereof. Silver City, Idaho, Monday, May 15th, 1911 The Board of County Commissioners o Owyhee County, Idaho, met, in special session, at the office of the Clerk thereof, in Silver City, the county seat of said county, on Monday, the 16th day of May, 1911, at ten o'clock A. M., for the purpose of taking action upon the application of Thomas Higgins for the repair of cei tain roads in the vicinity of the Three Creek store and postoffice; action upon the advisability of making certain changes and repairs on the road between Silver City and DeLamar, at what is known the "Little Hog's Back and for the further purpose of taking action upon the application of Chas. F. Simmons for a license to sell intoxicating, epirituous, malt and fermented liquors and wines, to be drank in, on or aboutthe premises where sold, Owyhee County, Idaho Present : Chas. H. Grete, Chairman, R. J. Gifford, Commissioner, and J. S. St Clair, Clerk The following proceedings were had, to-wit : i as in Enterprise Precinct, , Whereupon, it is ordered that the of $75 00 be and the same is hereby appropriated for the purpose of repair ing the hill and lane at Three Creek, near the store and postoffice, provided, said amount will place said road in sat isfactory repair; such expenditure to be made by and under the direction of Commissioner Harley Whereas, the Board having heretofor examined and inspected the line and location of the public highway between Silver Citv and DeLamar, near what is known a9 the "Little Hog's Bank ;" And whereas, it appearing to the satis faction of the Board that it would lie beneficial and to the best interests of the public to straighten the line of sum t the public to straighten the line of said road, at or near said point; It is hereby ordered that the line of said road be straightened, and that a new road he constructed at said point along the line thereof as laid out by (he Board of County' Commissioners. Whereupon, it is ordered that the application of Charles F. Simmons for a licence to sell intoxicating liquors and wines, to be drank in, on or about the premises where sold, in Enterprise Precinct, said county, for twelve months, commencing the first day of J une, 1911, be and the same is hereby granted, and that the bond accompanying said ap plication in the penal sum of $3,000 00, with J.
