Notice. . Notice is hereby given, that under and by virtue of a resolution and order of sale made by the Board of County Commissioners of Owyhee County, Idaho, on Thursday, the 3rd day of August, A. I)., 1911, the hereinafter described property, situated in the County of Owyhee, and State of Idaho, will be sold by the 8heriff of said Coun ty at public auction, at the front door of the County Court house in Silver City, Owyhee County, Idaho, on Tues day, the 12th day of September, A. D. 1911, at the hour of 10 o'clock A.
