Compulsory School Law
Section ISO. In all districts of this
8tate, nil parents, gaurdian, and other
parsons having care of 'children shall
Instruct them, or cause thew to be in
structed, in reading,{writing, spoiling
English Grammar, geography and
arithmetic. In such districts, every
parent, gaurdian, or other person hav
ing chargé of any child between the
agas of sight ( 8 ) and sixteen (16) years
shall asndsuch a child to a public, pri
vated or parochal school far the entire
sehool year during which the public

Provided, however: That this'ebapter
shall not apply to children over fifteen
(15) years of age, wltere such child

grads, or may be eligible to enter any
