Contestants shall deliver or mail pictures of persons they consider #, the sweetest girl in the world/' Entries must be posted to Quinn Furni ture Co. not later than midnight, April 21,1951. Name and address of contestant must be plainly printed on backs of all submissions. The name of the subject in the picture also must be printed thereon. 2. Entries will be judged on the sweetness of the face, since it will be combined with the fig ure of Al Capp's Nancy O. Cartoon character that appears in the Li'l Abner comic strip. 3. Local entries will be judged by Quinn Fur niture Company's jury. Our Ist five local winners will then be forwarded to Al Capp, United Fea ture Syndicate, 20 East 42nd Street, New York, N. Y., for the final judging. 4. A drawing by Al Capp of the national win ner will appear in the U'L ABNER comic strip at the earliest possible date. 5. All decisions by the judges will be final. 6.
