IVc. 19 Employes of the Dotioil stores of the state liquor control commission were planning a rally Sunday to discuss the action of the civil service com mission in denying them a 40-hour week and time-anda-half for over time. The liquor commission recom mended the wages and hours to the civil service commission De cember 9 but liquor store employes had already been notified Decem ber S that the change* were in effect. The employes now work a ; 48-hour week. Philip J.
