States has presented another op portunity for Junior Victory mem bers to aid their country. By calling upon all Americans to turn over their scrap rubber to local service stations in order lo make available every ounce of the war-needed material the Pre>i rient has in effect made a jiersonal appeal to every Junior Victory Army member in Detroit to again heed the call to service. WHAT TO DO Smiting today and continuing every day throughout the two week drive, local Junior Victory Army members are ordered to loin ihe national rubber-salvage campaign by immediately taking the following steps: I—Search your own home thoroughly, from cellar to attic, for every bit of scrap rubber \>w can find DO NOT RE MOVE IT FROM YOUR HOME I NTIL YOUR PARENTS HAVE AGREED IT IS OF NO ISE AND MAY BE TURNED IN IN THE SALVAGE DRIVE. *— I Take this rubber to the nearest service station and turn it in for war use. \ Jl—Canvass yoilr neighbor hood. calling upon your friends and neighbors to make a search of their own homes for such rubber.
