full charge of all matters relating to the
financial portion of the business of
Martin Bagley, agent, for both Ramsey
and Lyons Plantations in all transac
tions that may take place from this
date; also in settling for all cane con
tracted for by Martin Bagley, agent,
from the crops of 1893.
I have also the power to contract fhr
and purchase cane for the factories on
said plantation during the grinding
season of 1893.
