The funeral took place at 3 o'clock Thursday afternoon, from the Scot tish Rite Cathedral, with the Sts. John Lodge, 153 A. P.& A. M., in charge of the services, which were conducted from 12 to 3 o'clock. Alotso-.On Friday. April 16th. at 2 o'clock p. m., Roque Alonso, aged 66 years, died. Deceased was a na tive of St. Bernard, but had resided here for the past twenty-five years. The funeral took place Saturday from the funeral parlors of J. Schoen & Son. Interment was in St. Roch cemetery. Masta-On Monday. at 7 o'clock a. m., Cornelius Muntz, husband of Bernadette Reaney, died after a ling erlag Illness. Deceased was born here forty-seven years ago. The funeral took place Tuesday afternoon at 3 o'clock from the residence of his brother-in-law, C. Reaney, 539 Pa eife avenue. Interment was in Mc Donoghville cemetery. H. N. G. C. BOXING STAG. May 15, 1913. On Saturday. May 15. 1915, the H. N. G. C. will promote their first boxing tournament. Amateur box ing aspirants of Algiers are urged to give in their names to Norbert Don. nor, any might between 7 and 8 o'clock at the club's gymnasium. Doaner has been appointed match maker and after all candidates have entered, their names and reaspective weights, he has promised to do his beet in bringing together boys as evenly matched as possible.
