Red Cross workers in Suggsville, Ala., are
hustlers judged by the records of some of
their work. Four members of this chapter
had some cotton on hand which they had
ginned, turning out one bale and 400 pounds
of seed cotton. They sold the seed cotton,
made a quilt and sold that, all of which
brought $89.95. They still have the bale of
cotton and also a fine calf and chickens which
are to be sold at the Red Cross County. fair.
