ARTICLE II.-The domicile of this cor poration shall be in the iCty of New Or leans, State of oLuisiana, and all cita tions and other legal process shall be served upon the president and general manager of this corporation, or, in the event of his absence, upon the vice-presi dent thereof, and in the absence of both said officers, upon the Secretary-treasurer of said corporation. ARTICLE III.-The objects and pur poses of this corporation are: The op ratioa'of a bakery and the manufacture. purchase and sale of bread, biscuit, crack ers, cakes, confectioneries, candies: the conducting and operating of factories. stores, wholesale and retail for the sale of bread, biscuit, crackers, cakes and con fectioneries, and the carrying on and performing of any and all things neces sary or incidental to the foregoing ob jects and purposes. ARTICLE IV.-The capital stock bf this corporation is hereby fixed at Twenty Thousand ($20.000.00) Dollars. divided into twenty (20) shares of One Thousand ($1. 000.00) Dollars each, and payable as fol ows: on or shortly after the sinine of this charter. Five Thousand (55.000.001 Dnllers in cash and Fifteen Thousand ($l15.00.00) Dollars in machinery, baking utensils, ovens, lease and good will. This corporation is to become a roin concern as soon as its capital stock shall have been subscribed and paid in. All transfers to stock shall be made on the books of the cnmpany. and under such rules and regulations as the Board of Directors may prescribe.
