The sale of all the right, title,
interest, claim and demand of the
Union Irrigation Company in the
above described laterals 1, 3, 4,
and 6, and any other portion of
the -constructed canal or canals
which may not be especially de
scribed, is made without any war
ranty of title, not even for the re
turn of the purchase price, the pur
chaser being required to accept the
i same at his own risk and peril.
The properties described in
the paragraph next following are
rights of way purchased with the ;
