Votes will not be given for the sale of Fountain Peu unless such sale is made in connection with an order taken for subscription. The skedule of votes as given positively will not be changed during tLis contest. No special voting offers will be introduced in addition to tho conditions herein set forth. The Guaranteed Fountain Pens will bo supplied to each contestant who desires to sell them in order to increase his or her vote credits. Any person living in St. Mary Parish may become a contestant. Any person may nominate another person as a candidate to enter the contest. Each person nominated will be given a number and tho candidates m-me and number will be immediately entered in The Review contest books Only the number of each contestant or candidate will bo publi s he d until the close of the contest. Any person may nominate himself or herself to become a contestant. When a contestant is onced nominated and a number assigned that contestant can not withdraw and turn the votes already entered to his or her credit over to another contestant. However, a contestant may with draw from the contest at any time and turn his or her votes and his or her number over to any person who is not a contestant. Every contestant is required to make a weekly report of the votes to which he or she is entitled. That is, each contestant must render an ac count at least once each week of all subscriptions orders received in order tc get the proper vote credits for such orders. Votes will be given on ali money collected on subscriptions to the Morgan City Daily Review and the Morgan City Weekly Review, and on all money paid on commercial printing, and on the Guaranteed! Fountain Pena. No votea will be given for advertiaing. The skedule of votes is given elsewhere on this page under the head ing of "VOTES, AND HOW TO GET THEM." The Morgan City Daily Review and The Morgan City Weekly Review will publish a bulletin at least twice a month giving the number and ing of each contestant.
