JUDGMENT This cause came on to be heard Ipursuant to previous assignment, and after hearing the evidence, the case was submitted to the court and taken under advisement, to be decided in chambers, and considering the evi dence and the law applicable thereto. and by reason of the law and the evi dence being in favor of plaintiff and spgainst the defendant, It is therefore ordered, adjudged and decreed, that the plaintiff, Mrs. T1na J. Lea, wife of Thomas H. RBainey do have and recover judgment agspinst her said husband, Thomas H.
