It is therefore ordered, adjudged
and decreed, that the plaintiff, Mrs.
T1na J. Lea, wife of Thomas H. RBainey
do have and recover judgment
agspinst her said husband, Thomas H.
Rainey, for the full sum of Five Hun
dred and Ninety Five (~96.00) Dollars,
such being the amount of her par
aphernal funds and property received
by her said husband, and by him con
verted to his own use' and benefit;
