Versus Delinquent Tax Debtors. M
By virtue of the authority vested in me by the
Constitution and laws of the State of Louisiana,
Iwill sell, at the principal front door of the
court house. in the town of Franklinton, within WI
legal hours for judicial sales, beginning at 11
o'elock a, inm., on
Saturday, June 21, 1913
and continuing on each succeeding day until1>
said sales are completed, all immovable prop
erty upon which taxes are now due the state of
Louisiana and Parish of Whington, to enforce
the payment of taxes assessed in the year 1912,
together with the interest thereon from the
31st tlay of December of said ycar, at the rate
of l per cent perannum until paid and all costs.
The names of said dlelinquent tax debtors, the
amount of taxes due by each on the assessment M
of said year and the property assessed to each

and in case the debtor will not point out mf
ficient property, will at once, without further

of any debtor which any bidder will buy for the
amount of taxes, interest and costs due by said
debtor. The sale will be without oppraisenient
for cash In legal tender money of the United
States. and the property sold shall be redeem

paying the price given with 20 per cent interest,
costs and penalties added.

rendered in the above entitled and

Honorable Rufus E, Foster, Judge of

dated April 2, 1913, a duly certified

which said Greenlaw Lumber Com
pany, Limited, acquired from Bab
ington Brothers, Limited, on Septem
ber 5, 1903, by an act passed before
P. B. Carter, a Notary. for Washing.
ton Parish, and duly registered in
Conveyance Book No. 7 at folio 5.38
et seq. in the recorder's office for said
parish.
Terms of sale.-Cash. the adjudi.

th. Special Il aster, 10 per cent of the
price of adjudication. at the time of
such adjudication, and such adjudi
