23rd Judicial District Court—Par ish of St. Mary. Bank of Berwick vs. W. O. Ditch No. 14,031. By virtue of an order of seizure and sale issued out of the Honorable 23rd Judi cial District Court in and for the Parish of St. Mary, State of Louisiana, and to me directed, in the above numbered and entitled suit, I have seized and will offer for sale, to the last and highest bidder, for cash, without ap praisement, at the front door of the Court House in the Town of Frank lin, Parish of St. Mary, Louisiana, on SATURDAY, the 18th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, A. D., 1915, between the hours of 11 o'clock a. m,, and 4 o'clock p. m., the following des cribed property, to-wit: That certain lot or parcel of land, lying anj being situated In Morgan City, St. Mary Parish, Louisiana, known, designated and described, as lot Number Ten (10] in square number or letter (N) of Ditch's Annex to the said Town, as per a map and plat there of, on file and of record in the Record er's office of this Parish. Said lot having a fifty foot front on the West side of seventh street of said Town by a depth between parallel lines of one hundred and twenty-live feet. D. t 1915, between the hours of 11 o'clock a. m. and 4 o'clock p. m., the following des cribed property, to-wit: That certain tract or lot of ground, lying and being situated in the Town of Morgan City, La., St, Mary Parish, Louisiana, and more fully described as being the east half of lot number one (1) in square Q in Ditch's aunex to said Town, and having a front on Ditch's Avenue, running back between parallel lines thirty-seven and oue-lialf (37 1-2) feet apart, the east line being one hundred and twenty-five feet long together with all the buildings and improvements thereon.
