SThe electric theatre, owned and
' managed by Ti. R. Barbee and W.
I Diedrich, opened Monday night and
gave its initial entertainment to a
well' filled house. They run about
ie 2,000 feet of film, which gives a a pro
Sgram of some length. Musio is also
a feature of the entertainment. The
theatre is nicely arranged and, in
of fact, everything bids fair to make
this home enterprise a success. And
it sh'ould be. An evening's diversion,
furnished by home people and for
home people, deserves to be patron
ized rather than the small show which
takes the money out of the town and
country and leaves nothing but, too
frequently. a demoralizing influence
upon those who siupport it.
