Among the curiosities of the New Pal, ace, Potsdam, -which bas been the scene of a fire, is a genealogical tree showing the name of King David en grossed at the root of it, with that of the kaiser at the top, the descent be ing traced through his mother's fam ily. According to this genealogy the reigning house, of Great Britain is de scended from David through the eld est daughter of Zedekiah, who fled to Ireland in charge of the Prophet Jere miah, and eventually married Here mon.,king of Ulster.
