JUDGE JACK'S DE CISION REVERSED IN LAYNE--GETTY CASE. The United States circuit court of appeals in New Orleans Mon day morning, reversed Judge Jack in the Layne vs. Getty injunction on patent infringement in favor of Getty and remanded the case. Be ready at all times for any in spection, whether State or local, and have your places clean and neat. We wish to especially call your attention to the clean and neat condition of our restaurants, and we wish to thank them for their efforts in keeping their places in such neat and clean condlition. Having a complaint from the Committee of School Improve ment regarding the toilets in the Welsh High School, an investiga tion was made and report will be made to you in the minutes of our next regular meeting.
