The law governing this registra
tion is very plain, making it
necessary that every voter shall
register before participating in
any election after January 1, 1909.
The people of Wino parish should
vail themselves of the opportun
ity to register as aso election is
likely to ocaur on local questions
at any time and they would be
debarred from participating by]
not having registered.
Attend to this duty today and
retain pur right of suffrage.
The vote of Winn parish should
easily be carried to the two thous
