Mr. Pittman entertained his guestsat the Hnc. Jeff Snyder's camp on Tensas, which we can safely say is second to none in this countr. Mr. Pittman's en tire party expressed themselves as being highly delighted with the country and itiss likely that a number of them will make Mad ison parish their home. The Journal joins the people of the parish in extending to them a hearty welcome. Our efficient District Attorney, lion. Jeff B. It is encouragement along such substantial lines as this that makes for the wellfaoe of local journalism and if all the good people of Madison parish who truly wish us well in our efforts to give them a 6reditable parish paper would follog Mr. 8nyder's example, our success would be assured and our promise to issue a respectable sheet faithfully kept.
